For 21 years, Oakville has been my home where John and I have raised our four children. As the Member of Parliament since 2019, I continue to be dedicated to delivering progress for Oakville through initiatives that enhance economic growth, the environment and our community. During this time, I have also held several ministerial positions, including Minister of Public Services and Procurement, Minister of National Defence, and President of the Treasury Board. Since September 2024, I have served as Minister of Transport, focusing on improving transportation efficiency to help Canadians reach their destinations on time and enhance national productivity. As of December 2024, I have also taken on the role of Minister of Internal Trade, working to promote seamless interprovincial commerce and strengthen Canada’s economic unity.
